The Access for All (AfA) program provides resources and directories for services to individuals, relationships, families, and organizations who may not be able to access such services due to financial and/or logistical constraints. Individuals, relationships, and/or families may review the therapists participating in our directory for a limited number of pro bono services. Organizations may apply to the program in order to provide free, low-cost, and/or subsidized mental health services to marginalized and/or disenfranchised individuals through traditional agency-based psychotherapy or through innovative programming offered in client homes or schools.

Valor (English): great courage in the face of danger
Valor (Spanish): value and/or bravery For any organization where people have experienced violence or sudden or traumatic loss, or for organizations or agencies located in urban neighborhoods where gun and/or other community violence occurs frequently, there is an increased probability that employees will experience violence, the death or injury of a client, or perhaps the death or injury of a colleague. The Wingspan Project’s VALOR program is designed to provide support for individuals and organizations experiencing such violence and loss. |

The Young Professionals Network supports the growth and development of early career individuals committed to working with underserved and/or underrepresented people and communities. YPN connects these early career individuals with more seasoned professionals who are committed to providing mentorship and consultation on at least a monthly basis. In addition to the monthly individual consultation meetings, YPN also provides periodic training and continuing education opportunities for early career professionals and their mentors with a focus on increasing capacity to provide services to historically marginalized groups. We also host quarterly meetings for all YPN participants to foster professional development and networking.
